Synopsis：

"I've prayed for this morning for eight long years. I just want to see your eyelashes the moment you open your eyes." Ao (Naoya Kusakawa) is a genius who ranks first in both academics and sports, yet innocently and unconditionally shows his affection. On the other hand, Midori (Hidekazu Chinen) acts caring and attentive toward Ao, but can never quite be honest with his own feelings. They met in high school and were strongly drawn to each other, but out of a shared desire to remain "normal" in society's eyes, they became working adults while remaining stuck in a state of mutual, unrequited love. Because they treasure each other so deeply, they carefully choose their words and feelings, gradually taking steps forward together over the span of eight years. A relatable, pure love story that unfolds step by step!
