Synopsis：

Ikuko Kirishima (Hiromi Nagasaku) moves to her husband Mikio's rural hometown of Kurisato City following his early retirement. After Ikuko spent nearly 30 years of marriage juggling full-time work and solo parenting, their two daughters have finally grown and left home. Swapping their city apartment for a dream house with a garden, Ikuko expected a peaceful second life. Instead, she confronts a closed-off community full of restrictive customs and sexual harassment—behavior the locals blindly accept as normal. Unable to hide her outrage, Ikuko protests, "Wait, isn't that completely wrong?" Her defiance catches the eye of veteran city councilor Misao Ichikawa, who pushes Ikuko into running for a seat on the city council herself. What will her fate be!?
